         Serving as the project lead for the Cornerstone CSOD implementation.

         Performing needs and gap analysis to determine what should be in the new LMS.

         Meeting with stakeholders to determine processes in new LMS.

         Developing project plans and RACI matrices.

         Consulting with the Quality Department to insure that the new LMS met site GxP standards.

         Providing site-wide training on the Cornerstone LMS.

         Training trainers in the use of Cornerstone.

Preparing reports for regulatory agencies.

Analyzing the requirements for an LMS upgrade and determined which courses did not need to be upgraded.

I have been an EMT for over 20 years. Becoming an EMT was some of the best training that I have ever had and it has helped me tremendously in my professional career. Its taught me how to size up situations and respond quickly and calmly. Its also taught me the importance of listening to people.
